Terms and Conditions

EveryService Terms and Conditions are simply the rules and regulations set out to guide the usage of EveryService’s website.

EveryService is located at: 22 Mamudu Buraimoh Street, Unity Estate, Egbeda, Lagos State.

1. General Notification

Using the EveryService website shows your acceptance in full of the terms and conditions of EveryService and your consent to be so bound by it. Do not continue to use EveryService’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, following and subject to, the prevailing law of Nigeria.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

2. Services and Product Sales

The services and products on display for sale on EveryService’s website are products and services engaged in by us and our business partner(s) and subscribers to our online marketing services.

Information on the various products and services would be made available and shown on the portal as “product/service description”.

Most products and services on display are as they are and you are obligated to take due diligence in the examination, assessment, valuation, and inspection of same before payment, as our company will not be held liable to you for any loss, damages and misrepresentation of quality etc.

3. Shipments / Delivery

Upon receipt of your order and formal and satisfactory compliance with all pre-conditions for purchase or request for service delivery, your products would be shipped/delivered to you within 3–5 working days depending on your location within Nigeria.

Note, however, that in some instances, delays are inevitable. And in such instances we shall not be liable for such delays or any inconveniences you may suffer resulting from the delay in delivery.

For the shipment/delivery service we shall share your personal information with a third party in fulfilment of EveryService’s obligation of delivery.

4. Cancellation / Return Policy

Where you fail to meet or satisfactorily comply with the conditions of purchase including due validation and security check, your order can be cancelled by us without liability to you and any amount paid refunded, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Provided that the products are still intact without any traceable damage, you have the right to return products which do not meet your satisfaction within three days from the date of delivery to you.

Note that your right of return ceases after the expiration of 72 hours from the time of delivery, and EveryService would not be obligated to accept returned products or make any refund or exchange/substitution after the set time has elapsed.

5. Cookies

Our website employs the use of cookies. By using the EveryService website, you give your consent to the use of cookies following EveryService’s Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enable us to retrieve useful and important user information and for ease of our service delivery.

• Letting, selling or dealing in any such manner with material from the website.

We may at any point terminate or suspend your usage of EveryService for breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason(s), with or without any prior notice to you and without any liability.

As permitted by the relevant laws, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law;
• Or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

1. are subject to the preceding paragraph; and
2. govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or concerning the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities that arise in contract, tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, void, illegal or invalid, the part so held to be invalid shall not affect the acceptability and enforcement of the other parts of this agreement, which shall remain enforced for the fulfilment of the objectives or terms of this agreement.

This terms and conditions agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding its conflict of laws. Your usage of our website might also be subject to other local, regional and international laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to any transaction, product sale/purchase, or usage of EveryService shall be handled by an independent arbitrator. We may seek legal redress before any court of competent jurisdiction in a case of breach or infringement on EveryService’s intellectual property right.

13. Review / Amendment

The company reserves the right to review this agreement from time to time as the need arises. The amended copy would immediately be updated on our website. You will be notified via email of the review/amendment of these terms and conditions. And the new/reviewed and amended terms and conditions become effective, operative and binding on you immediately.
